As a forever student of this ancient Vedic medicine, I now possess a deep understanding of the body that allows me to provide holistic, well-integrated support as we navigate diverse pathways to healing.

What do you mean by “Plant Romanceˮ and “Led by Bobinsanaˮ?
Weʼll be working closely with Bobinsana, a revered Master Plant from the Amazon. At the start of our journey, youʼll receive enough to last you for our time together. This will be mailed to your front door.
Bobinsana facilitates profound transformations without being a psychedelic plant. She has guided me in regulating my nervous system, healing relationship and childhood wounds (specifically the Mother wound), strengthening intuition, enhancing mental clarity, removing obstacles from my power, embracing vulnerability as strength, finding inner peace, and so much more.
She truly lives up to her name as the Queen of Heart Healing.
How much time does this require of me/What are the call times?
We'll meet for weekly calls on Wednesdays at 3:30 PM PDT, lasting between 60 to 90 minutes.
Half way through (2 months in) we’ll gather in Costa Rica for a retreat, during which weekly calls will be paused. Altogether, there are 14 calls in the program.
If you miss a call you can watch the replay. All calls will be recorded, posted and easily accessible.
The entire program is 16 weeks.

You will have access to this for a total of 6 months.
Is travel included in the cost?
Airfare is NOT included. However, shuttle service from the airport to HOLOS venue, as well as all meals, ceremonies, activities and accommodations for the entire retreat, are provided.
What is the Signal app? And how does the group texting work?
Signal is a secure messaging app known for its optimal privacy and end-to-end encryption for all communications. It is one of the most trusted platforms for secure communication. Itʼs an easy, free download. The link will be provided for you before we begin.
I have done countless group cohorts where there is a text group and it's super overwhelming. THIS WILL NOT BE THAT.

What if Iʼm worried about having time and making every call?
I understand that you have a lot going on! You can always watch a replay if you have to miss a few calls. That is completely understandable and all will be well.
This is a close-knit group, and Iʼm calling forth women who are ready to prioritize this journey and fully commit. So while missing a handful of calls is ok, if you foresee needing to miss calls consistently, this might not be the right fit.
Is it ok if I have never sat in sacred plant medicine ceremony?
Absolutely! Even if youʼre new to the ceremony space, you could still be a great fit. This is something I take very seriously, and weʼll explore whether this is right for you during our discovery call after you apply. If it turns out that ceremony isnʼt suitable for you, it doesn't mean you canʼt join the cohort and attend the retreat. There is still an amazing option.

How much time does this require of me/What are the call times?
There is one Zoom call per week, every Wednesday at 3:30 PDT. Each call is 60-90 minutes long.
Half way through (2 months in), we’ll gather in Costa Rica for a retreat, during which weekly calls will be paused. Altogether, there are 14 calls in the program.
If you miss a call you can watch the replay. All calls will be recorded, posted and easily accessible.
We are together for a total of 16 weeks.

What do you mean by modules?
These are the themes we work with in Thrive. (See first FAQ).
The entire journey is mapped out on a user-friendly platform that keeps everything organized - all call recordings, journal prompts, embodiment exercises, breathwork, meditations, homework, retreat details, and more. Youʼll have your own login, giving you easy access to all the resources you need. Itʼs clear, clean, and designed to set you up for success.
You will have access to this for a total of 6 months.
Is travel included in the cost?
Airfare is NOT included. However, shuttle service from the airport to HOLOS venue, as well as all meals, ceremonies, activities and accommodations for the entire retreat, are provided.
What is the Signal app? And how does the group texting work?
Signal is a secure messaging app known for its optimal privacy and end-to-end encryption for all communications. It is one of the most trusted platforms for secure communication. Itʼs an easy, free download. The link will be provided for you before we begin.
I have done countless group cohorts where there is a text group and it's super overwhelming. THIS WILL NOT BE THAT.

What if Iʼm worried about having time and making every call?
I understand that you have a lot going on! You can always watch a replay if you have to miss a few calls. That is completely understandable and all will be well.
This is a close-knit group, and Iʼm calling forth women who are ready to prioritize this journey and fully commit. So while missing a handful of calls is ok, if you foresee needing to miss calls consistently, this might not be the right fit.
Is it ok if I have never sat in sacred plant medicine ceremony?
Absolutely! Even if youʼre new to the ceremony space, you could still be a great fit. This is something I take very seriously, and weʼll explore whether this is right for you during our discovery call after you apply. If it turns out that ceremony isnʼt suitable for you, it doesn't mean you canʼt join the cohort and attend the retreat. There is still an amazing option.

There are no refunds, and you cannot cancel a payment schedule. Please ensure you are fully ready to commit to this program in full integrity before joining.
