WHo I aM

I grew up completely disconnected from my own power, believing that external forces had more say in shaping my life than my own agency. 

Similar to so many, I carried the weight of religious suppression and the scars of youthful traumas. I navigated life with clenched determination, severed from my inner compass, oblivious to its very existence. I struggled in relationships, work, health, family, play…all of it. Over 10 years ago, after a profoundly heart-shattering divorce, I began a doozy of a healing journey. 

Unaware, I dove head first into the unknown. I ventured into uncharted territory repeatedly and underwent a sequence of initiations that awakened my authentic self. 

Over the last decade, I’ve had the humbling pleasure of studying under the Shipibo lineage, as well as the master plants of the Peruvian jungles. During this apprenticeship, I purged in countless buckets in well over a hundred sacred plant and spirit medicine ceremonies. I untangled ancient narratives and sorted karmic contracts, while immersing myself in the heart of Peru's dense jungles.

During my communion with these sacred plant allies, I unearthed my mightiest tool: my voice. I began to study and sing icaros (medicine songs that carry a healing frequency) in many different languages. I dedicated myself to curating an eclectic ensemble of sound healing equipment and shortly thereafter, the delicious harp's strings found their place in my hands. 

I lived atop the oh so yummy and nurturing Nilgiris mountains and studied under a legendary Ayurvedic Dr. There, while discovering balance, harmony and health from within, I became a practitioner of this ancient Vedic medicine and healed from a deadly chronic illness. (An illness that turned out to be one of my greatest gifts.)

Over the years, I have worked with world renowned embodiment leaders who’ve taught me how to alchemize energy through movement, music, breath, and relating. 

During my soul deep dive while studying and training with different teachers, maestros, plants and lineages around the world, I discovered my divine, karmic purpose as a medicine woman. 

Piece by piece, I rewrote many stories that once bound me, embracing the shadows as fragments of my brilliance, gifting me with infinite treasures.

As my path continued to unfold, I naturally gravitated toward helping women, adopting a gentler approach inspired by the lessons from my own experiences.

No longer is the path a labyrinth of countless purges or remote jungles. Instead, we can tread this sacred ground together with tenderness, nurturing your nervous system and cherishing your stomach's vitality. Life is hard enough, this healing work doesn’t have to be so aggressive. We can audaciously and playfully release our struggles!

For the past 6 years, I have walked alongside powerful women in their remembering. Together, we can navigate the reservoir of wisdom residing within, unraveling the truths that already dance in your soul's chambers.

Through working with sacred plant and spirit medicine interwoven with the wisdom of ancient Vedas, the alchemy of sound, and connecting to the brilliance of your body, we will unite to root you in your feminine truth.
